PCT Filing Requirements

  1. A simply signed Power of Attorney.

  2. Specification in English, French or Arabic.

  3. Formal drawings.

Information

  • Priority: The time limit for the PCT national phase entry is 30 months from the earliest date of priority for national phases.

  • Examination: The Request for examination is including in the filing request.

  • Annuities: Annuities fees must be paid every year calculated from the international filing date for PCT application.

  • It is possible to protect inventions in Tunisia via entering the European regional stage and requesting validation in Tunisia.
